Utility Line Scholarship
STANTON COUNTY PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT
DONALD D. HELLER UTILITY LINE PROGRAM SCHOLARSHIP
The Stanton County Public Power District has established a scholarship program to assist ratepayers and/or children of ratepayers who plan to continue their education in the vocational school Utility Line program. A scholarship is offered each year for full-time study seeking an Associate of Applied Science degree at Northeast Community College.
The Don D. Heller Utility Line Program Scholarship is established in memory of Don’s 40 years of dedicated service to the citizens of Stanton County on the Stanton County Public Power District Board of Directors.
The scholarship is administered through partnership between the Stanton County Public Power District (SCPPD) and Northeast Community College (NCC). Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or national origin.
